Police Log: Arrest For Hosting Underage Drinking Party
The following crime information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno police. The incidents are for the period of Nov. 13-17, 2013.
Suspended License: 1:16 a.m. Nov. 13 at Union and Highway 85, a 24-year-old man was cited for driving with a suspended license.
Under the Influence: 12:28 p.m. Nov. 13 at University Avenue and Towne Terrace, a 28-year-old woman was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail after a traffic stop during which she was determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and displaying a fraudulent registration tab.
Arrest Warrant: 11:18 p.m. Nov. 13 at 15171 Los Gatos Blvd., a 59-year-old woman was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
Missing Adult: 11:08 p.m. Nov. 13 on Los Gatos Boulevard, a missing person report was taken.
Arrest Warrant: 2:17 p.m. Nov. 14 at Thomas Drive and Union Avenue, two subjects were contacted on the street and one them, a 54-year-old man was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail for two felony bench warrants.
Petty Theft: 2:15 p.m. Nov. 14 on Quail Hill Road
Missing Juvenile: 10:54 p.m. Nov. 14, at an undisclosed location
Commercial Burglary: 7:36 a.m. Nov. 15 on University Avenue, a suspect entered a building and stole unspecified items.
Possession: 3:17 p.m. Nov. 15 on Blossom Hill Road, an 18-year-old young man was arrested after a probation search was executed and he was taken into custody for a domestic violence order violation, possession of marijuana and probation violation.
Child Abuse: 3:19 p.m. Nov. 15 at an undisclosed location
Juvenile: 9:19 p.m. Nov. 15 at an undisclosed location, for hosting a party with juveniles and alcohol present.
Residential Burglary: 12:10 a.m. Nov. 16 on Bean Avenue
Municipal Code Violation: 8:40 a.m. Nov. 16 on Union Avenue, a citizen complained about recurring construction noise.
Missing Juvenile: 3:39 p.m. Nov. 17 on Loma Alta Avenue
Found Bike: 6:06 p.m. Nov. 17 on University Avenue, a bike was brought into the Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Department.
Hit-And-Run: 2:13 a.m. Nov. 16 at No. Santa Cruz Avenue and Los Gatos-Saratoga Road, a vehicle crashes into a tree.
Recovered Stolen Vehicle: 8:16 p.m. Nov. 16 on Leewood Court
Property Damage Accident: 7:43 a.m. Nov. 17 at Lark Avenue and Garden Hill Drive
