Los Gatos Police Log: Methamphetamine, Marijuana Arrests, Thefts, Burglaries
The following crime information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno police. The incidents are for the period of Dec. 27, 2013-Jan. 5, 2014.
- DUI Accident: 12:32 a.m. Jan. 1 on Vasona Avenue, a 69-year-old woman was arrested for driving under the influence.
- Petty Theft: 11:48 a.m. Dec. 27 on Bacigalupi Drive, online report
- Identity Theft: 2:07 p.m. Dec. 26 on Los Gatos Boulevard
- Residential Burglary: 9:41 a.m. Dec. 24 on Drysdale Drive, unknown suspect(s) entered a shed
- Identity Theft: 11:36 a.m. Dec. 24 on Mill Road, a woman reported fraudulent charges have been made to her bank accounts
- Mental Health: 11:45 p.m. Dec. 29 at an undisclosed location
- Found Property: 7:52 a.m. Dec. 29 at Leroy Avenue and Los Gatos Boulevard
- DUI: 12:04 a.m. Dec. 29 at Los Gatos-Saratoga Road and Santa Cruz Avenue, a 39-year-old woman was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail for DUI
- Mental Health: 9:53 p.m. Dec. 28 at an undisclosed location
- Residential Burglary: 10:09 p.m. Dec. 28 on Blossom Hill Road
- Residential Burglary: 10:58 a.m. Jan. 5 on Winchester Circle, a bicycle was reported stolen
- Possession: 2:43 a.m. Jan. 5 on northbound Highway 17 and Camden Avenue in Campbell, a 28-year-old woman was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail after being stopped for an expired registration and being found to have an arrest warrant and in possession of narcotics.
- Possession: 1 a.m.Jan. 5 on University Avenue, a 38-year-old man was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail for being in possession of a controlled substance.
- Possession: 10:28 p.m. Jan. 3 at National Avenue and Good Samaritan Drive, a 21-year-old man was arrested for transportation and sales of marijuana.
- Public Intoxication: 7:14 p.m. Jan. 3 on Montclair Road, a 65-year-old woman was arrested for being drunk in public.
- Mental Health: 2:44 a.m. Jan. 3 at an undisclosed location
- Missing Adult: 7:07 p.m. Jan. 2 on Janor Court in Monte Sereno, a woman was reported missing but was found shortly after report was taken by police.
- Mental Health: 11:40 p.m. Dec. 25 at an undisclosed location
- Vandalism: 12:06 p.m. Jan. 2 on Church Street
- Assault/Domestic Violence: 8:10 a.m. Jan. 2 on Harwood Road, a 47-year-old woman was arrested after a disturbance with her husband involving a knife.
- Mail Tampering: 2:29 p.m. Jan. 1 on Gum Tree Lane, mail theft was reported
- Possession: 12:43 p.m. Dec. 31 on Roberts Road and Industrial Way, a 31-year-old woman was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail after being stopped for driving with an expired registration and a suspended driver's license and being found in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and pipes and personal identifying information for other people.
- Identity Theft: 11:44 a.m. Dec. 31 on Jo Drive, a victim reported unknown suspect(s) fraudulently withdrew cash
- Commercial Burglary: 5:05 a.m. Dec. 31 on Albright Way
- Harassment: 8:35 p.m. Dec. 30 on Becky Lane in Monte Sereno, harassing phone calls were reported
- Warrant Arrest: 8:24 a.m. Dec. 30 on Los Gatos Boulevard, a 38-year-old man was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail for an outstanding bench warrant
