Big Healthy Loser Bootcamp
Get lean, fit & healthy for the holidays & beyond with this new bootcamp, weight loss, cooking & nutrition education program. This thorough, well-rounded program begins & ends with photos, body composition, weight, measurements and a fitness assessment. Meetings on Wednesday will focus on informative nutrition lectures and Tuesday/Thursdays will meet for bootcamp. Additional cooking lesson/competitions will occur monthly (on Tuesday evenings from 7-8:30 p.m. on 10/25, 11/15 and 12/6). The pilot program for this class had a 100% SUCCESS RATE! You will receive a custom meal plan & access to the instructor as needed for your success! A $25.00 materials fee due to the instructor first night of class.
