What to Expect From Tonight's Planning Commission Meeting
Items on agenda include plans to allow Los Gatos Gourmet to expand and improvements to the Riviera Terrace apartment complex.
The will meet Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St., to consider several topics.
- Sobrato Interests IV will request approval of a planned development for renovation and expansion of the apartment complex, 135 Riviera Drive.
- Sue Farwell, owner of properties located at 91, 101, and 109 W. Main St., is requesting approval to modify, a delicatessen, wine bar, and special retail store to provide space for restaurant Pizza Simpatico with indoor and outdoor seating, and beer and wine service on the property.
