The Los Gatos Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13 at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St., to consider the following topics:
- Property owner and applicant Davidon Homes is seeking an architecture and site application to construct a single-family residence within a Planned Development (Highlands of Los Gatos) at 15310 Santella Court on property zoned HR-2½:PD, or 2½ to 10 acres for each dwelling unit.
- Property owner and applicant Lou & Cheryl Ryan are requesting an architecture and site application to construct a new second story for a single-family residence on property zoned R-1:20, meaning one home on a 20,000-square-feet lot. at 89 Alpine Ave.
- Study session related to property owner and applicant Dan Ross' architecture and site application for a lot-line adjustment between two parcels at 339 Bella Vista Ave., a variance for reduced driveway length, and to construct a single-family residence with a reduced front setback and an increase in FAR on property zoned R-1:8, meaning one home on an 8,000 square-foot minimum lot size.
