Gun Sales Moratorium on Los Gatos Town Council Agenda Tonight
Urgency ordinance establishing a temporary prohibition on the establishment of commercial operations engaged in the sale of firearms, ammunition and/or explosive devices will be heard by town leaders.
The Los Gatos Town Council meets tonight at 7 p.m., Monday, March 4 at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St. to discuss the following:
On the consent agenda, which allows the five-member body to approve items with one vote, are:
- Authorize Town Manager Greg Larson to execute an agreement with Los Gatos United Soccer League for use of Creekside Sports Park
On the public hearing portion of the agenda, which allows concerned residents three minutes to speak on any issue:
