Midnight, Lark Avenue and Winchester Boulevard: Cindy Marie Rosengarten was arrested on suspicion of narcotics possession. Her car, which had fraudulent tabs, was towed.
1:56 p.m., 246 Los Gatos-Saratoga Rd: Paul Aaron Syverson was cited for having an open container of alcohol on his person.

12:18 p.m., 215 Carlester Dr: An incident of vandalism occurred.

12:56 p.m., 16837 Placer Oaks Rd: A victim's credit card was used in an incident of fraud.
3:05 p.m., 1500 Pollard Dr: A suspect stole a number of items from a grocery store.
4:38 p.m., 815 Pollard Dr: A victim's purse was stolen after an unknown suspect entered her office.
4:54 p.m., 147 N Santa Cruz Dr: Corey Baker was cited for two warrants.
7:31 p.m., Garden Hill Drive and Ivy Hill Way: Thomas Bertrand Kane, Jr. was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
11:33 p.m., 100 Towne Terrance: Paul Michael Hericz was found to be intoxicated and prowling around a possible vandalism site. He was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public and for resisting arrest after attempting to flee the scene.
Saturday, April 23
3:02 a.m., 17414 E Vineland Ave: Andrew Luft was found sitting in a vehicle by the vehicle's owner. The suspect then fled, and after being found by police, was cited for vehicle tampering.
9:27 a.m., Greenwood Road and Saratoga-Los Gatos Road: Jorge Solis-Guzman was stopped for a vehicle code violation and arrested after police discovered there was a warrant out for his arrest.
9:29 a.m., Blossom Hill Road and Regent Drive: Marci Leah Gallego was cited for a local bench warrant after being stopped for a vehicle code violation.
4:29 p.m., Tourney Road: The electric gate of a home had its control head cut off.
Sunday, April 24
1:47 a.m., 200 W Main St: Jenee Lacey Sparaco was contacted after a disturbance behind Mountain Charley's Saloon and was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
8:14 a.m., 118 Griffith Pl: An incident of petty theft occurred.
8:18 a.m, 17349 Parkside Ct: An incident of petty theft occurred.
1:35 p.m., 211 Los Gatos-Saratoga Rd: Corey Baker was contacted after police believed him to be intoxicated in public. He was found to have a homemade weapon on his person and was subsequently arrested.
9:28 p.m., 4930 National Ave: Sandra Bushnell Gillis was found to have a stolen license plate on her car.
Monday, April 25
3:15 a.m., Los Gatos Boulevard and Lark Avenue: Edward Carlos Jaimez was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.
10:01 a.m., Carlton Avenue and Jo Drive: A vehicle, which San Jose police had reported stolen, was recovered.
12:46 p.m., 325 Belblossom Wy: Checking account information was stolen from a victim and used to purchase goods and services.
