In this security surveillance video, before a Victorian home in San Jose at 17th and St. John streets went up in flames, a tall, thin man wearing loose clothing walks by neighbor's security camera.

Area law enforcement and fire officials believe he may be the man who's been striking fear in the hearts and minds of South Bay residents after setting ablaze more than a dozen fires since Wednesday, Jan. 8.

The San Jose Firefighters Local 230 union is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to his arrest and conviction/

And the San Jose Police Department has released the sketch of the possible suspect with the hopes that the public will help law enforcement in arresting the suspect.

According to police, the suspect is either white or Latino, between 25 and  40 years old, standing at least 6 feet tall and weighing between 160 and 180 pounds.

Eyewitnesses have told police he wears loose clothing and large-frame glasses and is thin.

Very scary! I don't understand what motivates someone to do this. I hope he is caught very soon.
