Possession

  • Christine Barreras, 25, of Gilroy, July 25, 11:15 a.m., at Diana Avenue and Butterfield Boulevard in Morgan Hill, for felony possession of controlled substance and citation for possession of marijuana.
  • Pedro Hopkins, 21, of Gilroy, July 25, 11:30 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance/paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance.

Under the Influence

  • Mariela Zepeda, 29, of Gilroy, July 25, 1:35 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $100,000.
  • Robert Rodriguez, 29, of Morgan Hill, July 25, 7 p.m., at 150 W. Hedding St. and San Pedro in San Jose, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance, resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer and felony possession of controlled substance.

Court Order Violation

  • Maria Caro, 47, of Milpitas, July 25, 1:43 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor willful disobedience of court order.

DUI

  • Aurelio Olague, 45, of San Jose, July 25, 10:38 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for felony DUI causing bodily injury to another.
  • Jose Padilla Vega, 36, no address given, July 25, 10:10 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for felony DUI, felony DUI causing injury and felony hit-and-run with injury.

Driving While Unlicensed

  • Martha Ramon, 37, of Sunnyvale, July 25, 2 p.m., at 1226 So. Wolfe Road in Sunnyvale, for misdemeanor driving while unlicensed and DUI.

Criminal Threats

  • Jason Porcalla, 36, of Sacramento, July 25, 2:10 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor threatening to commit crime resulting in death and felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant.

Protective Order Violation

  • Francisco Rivera, 25, of Gilroy, July 25, 4:15 p.m., at 80 Highland in San Martin, for felony parole hold and misdemeanor violation of protective order.

Burglary

  • Marlon Garcia, 37, of Redwood City, July 25, 10:50 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Superior Court in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for misdemeanor second-degree burglary.

Vehicle Code Violation

  • Waldo Pasache, 49, of Cupertino, June 5, 8:20 a.m., at Tantau Avenue and Phil in Cupertino, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a citation for not wearing a seat belt.
  • David Hernandez Baltaza, 41, of San Jose, May 29, 10 a.m., at Saratoga Avenue and Scotland Drive in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and a citation for using wireless telephone device while driving.
