Police Log: Obscene Text, Woman Snatches Daughter Against Court Order

The following crime information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department. The incidents are for the period of Sept. 11-12, 2013.

Commercial Burglary: 3:08 a.m. Sept. 11 at 54 No. Santa Cruz Ave.
Juvenile: 7:32 a.m. Sept. 12 at the Police Operations Building, 15900 Los Gatos Blvd., multiple child protective services reports that have been cleared as unfounded were reviewed and the parties involved were provided resources.
Minor Injury Accident: 9:52 a.m. Sept. 11 at National Avenue and De Soto Drive, a vehicle vs. bicyclist accident occurred with minor injuries reported.
Fraud: 10:50 a.m. Sept. 11 on Cherrystone Drive, the victims reported that their credit card accounts were fraudulently used at various locations.
Court Violation: 1:10 p.m. Sept. 11 at Van Meter Elementary School, 16445 Los Gatos Blvd., a woman removed her daughter from the paternal grandmother's car in violation of a filed child custody order.
Found Property: 3:12 a.m. Sept. 12 at the Los Gatos Police Operations Building, 15900 Los Gatos Blvd., a purse was turned in to police
Obscene Text Message: 8:42 a.m. Sept. 12 at undisclosed location, a female juvenile received an obscene text message of a male's genitalia.
Disturbance: 8:18 a.m. Sept. 12 on Caldwell Avenue, a juvenile was causing significant property damage.
Found Property: 1:38 p.m. Sept. 12 at West Main Street and University Avenue, property was turned into police headquarters.
Missing Juvenile: 5:39 p.m. Sept. 12 at 499 Loma Alta Ave., a missing juvenile was reported from EMQ FamiliesFirst.
