Public Intoxication: 3:03 p.m. Aug. 23 at 210 No. Santa Cruz Ave., a 47-year-old man was contacted while riding his bicycle for a vehicle code violation and was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail for being drunk in public.
Property Damage Accident: 3:28 p.m. Aug. 23 at Lark Avenue and Los Gatos Boulevard
Vandalism: 2:59 p.m. Aug. 23 on Dardanelli Lane
Probation Violation: 4:35 p.m. Aug. 23 at 720 Blossom Hill Rd., A 27-year-old man was arrested after he was reported to be acting suspiciously and refused to comply with attempts to detain and identify him. He also refused to take a test for alcohol as ordered by the terms of his probation.
Property Damage Accident: 4:58 p.m. Aug. 23 at Winchester Boulevard and northbound Highway 85
Property Damage Accident: 8:55 p.m. Aug. 23 on Los Gatos Boulevard
Vehicle Code Violation: 12:29 a.m. Aug. 24 at No. Santa Cruz Avenue and Los Gatos-Saratoga Road, a 34-year-old man was arrested for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
Suspicious: 11:19 a.m. Aug. 24 on Saratoga-Los Gatos Road in Monte Sereno, an individual repeatedly and, in an odd manner, made unwanted contact with the victims.
Petty Theft: 12:50 p.m. Aug. 24 at Whole Foods, 15980 Los Gatos Blvd., a 58-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting at the store and being in possession of narcotics paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
Vandalism: 12:35 p.m. Aug. 24 on Albert Court
Possession: 3:27 a.m. Aug. 26 at Howes and Thomas drives, a vehicle was stopped for having no license plates attached. The passenger admitted to being in possession of narcotics. The driver and passenger were released pending further investigation.
Vandalism: 9:46 a.m. Aug. 26 on Bicknell Road
Identity Theft: 1:59 p.m. Aug. 26 on Via Sereno in Monte Sereno
Stolen Vehicle: 3:08 p.m. Aug. 26 on Smith Ranch Court, a man left his vehicle running while unattended parked in front of his residence. The vehicle was subsequently stolen and later recovered to the rear of an apartment complex nearby by Campbell police officers who arrested the suspect and booked him into Santa Clara County Jail.
