The following crime and arrest information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno police. The incidents are for the period of Dec. 10-17, 2013.

Residential Burglary: 10:36 a.m. Dec. 12 on Bacigalupi Drive
Assault: 10:30 p.m. Dec. 12 on Las Miradas Drive; a battery report was made
Vandalism: 11:01 p.m. Dec. 12 on Clearview Drive; a vandalism report was made
Fraud: 7:30 p.m. Dec. 13 on Los Gatos Boulevard, a person reported being the victim of a fraud
Stolen Vehicle: 11:47 a.m. Dec. 13 on University Avenue
Residential Burglary: 12:00 Dec. 13 on Pinta Court
Stolen Vehicle: 1:09 p.m. Dec. 13 on East Main Street
Fraud: 10:26 a.m. Dec. 14 on University Avenue, a person reported being the victim of a fraud
Grand Theft: 9:58 a.m. Dec. 14 on Bayview Avenue
DUI: 1:47 p.m. Dec. 14 on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A motorist was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence
Grand Theft: 3:56 p.m. Dec. 14 on Wooded View Drive. An item valued at more than $750 was reported missing
Found Property: 10:42 p.m. Dec. 16 on Union Avenue
Petty Theft: 6:02 p.m. Dec. 17 on Fisher Avenue
Trespassing: 3:07 p.m. Dec. 17 on Creekside Village Drive
Identity Theft: 3:26 p.m. Dec. 17 on University Avenue
Vehicle Theft: 1:46 p.m. Dec. 17 on Oka Road

Arrests

Controlled Substance: A 35-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance; 12:25 a.m. Dec. 10, Brewster Avenue, San Jose.
Domestic Violence: A 53-year-old Los Gatos man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence; 3 p.m. Dec. 10 at Union Avenue and Thomas Drive, Los Gatos.
Alcohol Reading: A 22-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of driving with a blood alcohol reading of 0.08 or higher; 2:02 a.m. Dec. 14 at Santa Cruz Avenue and Highway 9, Los Gatos.
Suspended License: A 19-year-old San Jose man was cited and arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license; 1:05 a.m. Dec. 14 at North Santa Cruz Avenue and Roberts Road, Los Gatos.
Public Intoxication: 1:54 a.m. Dec. 15 on North Santa Cruz Avenue. Police contacted a 25-year-old male and arrested him for being drunk in public.
Under the Influence: A 25-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol/drugs/a controlled substance; 2:08 a.m. Dec. 15 at West Main Street and North Santa Cruz Avenue, Los Gatos.
DUI: 1:08 p.m. Dec. 15 at Blossom Hill Road and Regent Drive. A 49-year-old male motorist was stopped for traffic violations; officers determined he was driving under the influence and was arrested at the scene.
