Los Gatos Police Blotter, March 22-24: Vandals Spray Paint 7 Cars

Outstanding Warrant

• Anthony John Montanaro, 45, 2:49 a.m. March 22, at So. San Tomas Aquino Road and Westmont Avenue in Campbell, was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail for an outstanding warrant.
• Johnny Jemaul Johnson, 33, 6:18 p.m. March 22, at Lark Avenue and Los Gatos Boulevard, for an outstanding warrant.
• Cynthia Whitehead, 52, 5:26 p.m. March 23, at 50 Los Gatos-Saratoga Rd., for an outstanding warrant.

Vandalism

• A business was vandalized at 8:53 a.m. March 22 on No. Santa Cruz Avenue.
• Seven vehicles were vandalized/spray painted at 2:15 p.m. March 24 on Oak Rim Way.

Mail Tampering

• A citizen reported personal mail had been stolen at 9:19 a.m. March 22 on Rose Avenue in Monte Sereno.

Booted Vehicle

• A vehicle was booted at 10:37 a.m. March 22 at 110 So. Santa Cruz Ave.

Stolen Vehicle

• A vehicle was reported stolen at 10:12 a.m. March 22 at Las Astas Drive.

Public Intoxication

• Michael David Niemiec, 51, 1:43 p.m. March 22, at No. Santa Cruz Avenue and Los Gatos-Saratoga Road, arrested and released on a citation for being drunk in public. 

Auto Burglary

• A citizen reported a burglary to an automobile at 2:23 p.m. March 22 on Tait Avenue.
• An auto burglary was reported at 6:42 p.m. March 23 on Jo Drive.

Assault

• An argument occurred between two adults living in the same household on La Montagne Court at 7:59 p.m. March 22. One threw eggs at the other causing complaint of pain.
• An assault and battery occurred between neighbors at 8:31 p.m. March 24 on Pollard Road.

DUI

• Jeri Benita Anderson, 45, 1:09 a.m. March 23, at University Avenue and Los Gatos-Saratoga Road, was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of DUI.
• Ara Raffi Bezdjian, 42, 12:22 a.m. March 24, at Winchester Boulevard and Daves Avenue in Monte Sereno.

Abandoned Vehicle

• A vehicle was found abandoned at 2:18 p.m. March 20 on Shelburne Way.

Injury Accident

• An injury accident was reported at about 9 p.m. March 23, at Kennedy Road and Brooke Acres Drive.
• A minor injury accident was reported at 9:57 a.m. March 24 on Alberto Way.

Vehicle Recovery

• A stolen truck was recovered at 5:48 a.m. March 24 at Los Gatos-Almaden Road and Escobar Avenue.

Residential Burglary

• A residential burglary was reported at 4:18 p.m. March 24 on Worcester Lane.

• A residential burglary was reported at 5:15 p.m. March 24 on Alberto Way.
