Los Gatos Police Blotter, June 8-10: DUI Accident, Assault
The following arrest information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
DUI Accident
- Labula Chrittle, 31, 8:03 p.m. June 6, was arrested for felony DUI, having a suspended driver's license and several outstanding warrants after being found at the scene of a single-vehicle motorcycle collision.
Safekeeping
- A pellet gun was turned in for destruction at the Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Operations Building on Los Gatos Boulevard at 1:41 p.m. June 8.
Bike Theft
- A bike was reported stolen at 12:38 p.m. June 8 at Howes Drive.
Auto Burglary
- An auto burglary was reported at 2:14 p.m. June 8 on Bean Avenue.
- An auto burglary was reported at 12:29 p.m. June 10 on Riviera Drive.
Petty Theft
- A theft from a vehicle was reported at 8:39 a.m. June 8 on Calle Marguerita.
- A surfboard and wet suit were stolen from a front lawn at 6:42 a.m. June 8 on Westhill Drive.
- A cell phone was reported stolen at 9:24 a.m. June 8 on Los Gatos Boulevard.
Grand Theft
- A grand theft was reported at 9:44 a.m. June 8 on High School Court.
Commercial Burglary
- Anthony Cruz Salazar, 28, 2:51 a.m. June 8, on North Santa Cruz Avenue, was arrested for burglary at a grocery store.
- A commercial burglary was reported at 12:55 a.m. June 8 on Winchester Boulevard.
Missing Juvenile
- A missing juvenile was reported at 10:08 p.m. June 9 on Loma Alta Avenue.
- An online report of a missing juvenile was made at 10:08 p.m. June 9 on Loma Alta Avenue.
- An online report of a missing juveniel was made at 4 p.m. June 9 on Loma Alta Avenue.
Disturbance
- A disturbance was reported at 6:49 p.m. June 9 on Frank Avenue.
Accident/Property Damage
- A property damage accident was reported at 12:38 p.m. June 9 on Lester Lane and Carlton Avenue.
- A property damage accident was reported at 12:30 p.m. June 9 on Blossom Hill Road and University Avenue.
Warrant Service
- A warrant service was reported at 10:33 a.m. June 9 on National Avenue and De Soto Drive.
- Michelle Dominique Gonzales, 51, was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail at 11:53 a.m. June 10 on Pine Avenue for assault and battery and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
Found Property
- Found property was reported at 10:13 a.m. June 10 on Blossom Hill Road.
