• A report of petty theft was made at 2:48 p.m. Jan. 1 on Altura Vista.

Mental Health

• A report of a mental health incident was made at 9:08 p.m. Dec. 30 on Blossom Hill Road.

Grand Theft

• Unknown suspect(s) entered a resident's garage and stole a bicycle at 8:36 a.m. Dec. 30 on Wheeler Avenue.
• An online report grand theft was made at 10:03 a.m. Jan. 1 on Oak Rim Court.

Vehicle Accident

• A vehicle accident was reported at 7:24 a.m. Dec. 30 on Hicks Road and Shannon Oaks Lane.
• A minor accident was reported at 7:14 p.m. Dec. 31 on Saratoga-Los Gatos Road and Ridgecrest in Monte Sereno.
• A minor accident was reported at 9:30 a.m. Dec. 31 at Shannon and Hicks roads.

Found Property

• A resident found a ring on a sidewalk near 16 No. Santa Cruz Avenue on Dec. 28.
• Mail was found in the roadway and was collected by the Los Gatos Monte Sereno police at 1:04 p.m. Jan. 1 at Austin Way and Saratoga-Los Gatos Road.
• A citizen reported finding a bicycle at 8:41 a.m. Jan. 2 on University Avenue.

Stolen Vehicle

• A vehicle was reported stolen at 4:52 a.m. Dec. 31 on University Avenue.
• A vehicle was reported stolen at 3:59 a.m. Dec. 28 on Dardanelli Lane.
• A vehicle was reported stolen at 7:51 a.m. Jan. 2 on Johnson Avenue.

Outstanding Warrant

• Joe Alex Fernandez, 40, 1:51 a.m. Dec. 31, at Briarwood Way in Los Gatos, for an outstanding warrant.

Vehicle Code Violations

• Daniel Green, 3:26 a.m. Dec. 30, at Union Avenue and Los Gatos-Almaden Road, for driving with a suspended license.

Property Accident

• A property accident was reported at 9:29 p.m. Dec. 28 on Blossom Hill Road.

Vandalism

• A citizen reported his vehicle was vandalized at 4:09 p.m. Jan. 1 on University Avenue.

Commercial Burglary

• A citizen reported a commercial burglary at 12:04 p.m. Jan. 1 on So. Santa Cruz Avenue.

Public Intoxication

• Corey Eugene Baker, 58, 9:55 a.m. Jan. 1, on No. Santa Cruz Avenue, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

Hit-And-Run

• A hit-and-run was reported at 4:47 p.m. Jan. 2 at Los Gatos Boulevard and Blossom Hill Road.
