Tuesday, Aug. 30

11:17 a.m., 15300 Los Gatos Blvd: A female driver admitted to using disabled license plates belonging to the previous owner. The plates were returned to the DMV.

12:17 p.m., 123 New York Ave: Regarding an incident of harassment, a possible stalking case was reported to police.

12:42 p.m., 200 Los Gatos-Saratoga Rd: A man who was drunk in public and willfully obstructing officers was transported to the hospital in an ambulance for alcohol intoxication.

11:28 a.m., 89 Broadway: A studio apartment was burglarized.

Thursday, Sept. 1

8:49 a.m., Location Unknown: In an incident of harassment, a man reported that his ex-wife has been making annoying phone calls to his cell phone. With a phone trap from his service provider, he says he can prove the origin of the calls and would like police to document the incident so he can provide it to his divorce attorney.

12:26 p.m., 280 E Main St: Javier Adrian Zapien was arrested for an outstanding warrant after he and two other adult males were found loitering outside a 7-Eleven. The other two were asked by police not to loiter near the school during the day.

8:32 p.m., 815 Pollard Rd: In an incident of auto burglary at El Camino Hospital Los Gatos' parking lot, a window was broken and a lunch bag taken from the from the passenger seat.

8:57 p.m., Winchester Circle: A locked bicycle was stolen from the secure parking garage in an incident of petty theft.

10:04 p.m., Kennedy Road: A purse was stolen in an incident of residential burglary.

10:17 p.m., Burton Road and Los Gatos Boulevard: An incident occurred involving narcotics possession.

10:43 p.m., Los Gatos Boulevard: Thomas John Kouns was arrested for being drunk in public.

Friday, Sept. 2

1:44 a.m., 15299 Los Gatos Blvd: After a traffic stop, Hugo Navarro was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and burglary tools, as well as being found to be under the influence of a stimulant.

1:57 a.m., Carlton Avenue and Charlotte Avenue: Steven Todd Portera was arrested for driving under the influence and for being in possession of a controlled substance.

11:30 a.m., 19195 Fisher Ave: An incident of assault and battery may have occurred.

4:26 p.m., 200 Winchester Circle: Gabriel Madrigal was arrested after an incident involving a domestic disturbance with his girlfriend.

11:11 p.m., Los Gatos Boulevard and Southbound 85: Matthias Harris was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Saturday, Sept. 3

1:49 a.m., Village Lane and Petticoat Lane: After being pulled over for driving without headlamps turned on, Sergio Sandoval was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

2:15 a.m., 320 Bachman Ave: Elaine Jennie Capuchino was arrested after an incident of domestic violence.

3:22 a.m., Blossom Hill Road and Roberts Road West: Felicia Barbara King was arrested for driving under the influence.

4:32 a.m., Los Gatos-Saratoga Road and Alberto Way: Justin Craig Correia was arrested for driving under the influence.

8:17 a.m., Oak Wood Way and Highland Oaks Drive: Multiple pieces of property were found.

5:28 p.m., 250 Oak Meadow Dr: Polly Ann Tenney was arrested for driving under the influence.

8:24 p.m., 15715 Gum Tree Ln: Henry Cooper was arrested for possession of concentrated cannabis after he and a group of subjects were found to be smoking marijuana inside the parked vehicle.

9:28 p.m., Blossom Hill Road and Old Blossom Hill Road: An incident involving marijuana possession occurred.

Sunday, Sept. 4

3:01 a.m., 120 Knowles Dr: Daniel Cruz was arrested for being under the influence of stimulants, possession of a glass pipe and methamphetamine, and possession of two dangerous weapons. He was also violating probation.

6:44 a.m., 15951 Los Gatos Blvd: An incident of auto burglary was reported online.

9:34 a.m., 233 Blossom Hill Rd: Sunglasses were found at Oak Meadow Park.

10:29 a.m., Brooklyn Avenue and Chicago Avenue: A purse was stolen from inside a vehicle.

1:53 p.m., 451 Alberto Wy: Trent Bruce Wessel, while intoxicated, intentionally struck a victim with his vehicle. He was arrested for driving under the influence and for assault.

9:54 p.m., 16498 Los Gatos Blvd: Cash and cigarettes were stolen from a business in an incident of burglary.

Monday, September 5

7:51 a.m., 122 Camellia Terrace: A bicycle was found on a lawn.

8:13 a.m., 60 Roberts Rd: In an apartment complex's carports, multiple auto burglaries occurred overnight.

1:52 p.m., 800 Blossom Hill Rd: At a nursing home, a vehicle window was smashed and a purse stolen from inside.

9:17 p.m., 14685 Oka Rd: An incident involving mental health occurred.
