Steven Schauf, a resident of Los Gatos, died Dec. 3, 2013 at home. He was 54.

Steven was born in San Francisco Feb. 14, 1959. He graduated from Blanchet High School in Seattle in 1977 and Santa Clara University in 1981 with bachelor's degree in philosophy.

He's survived by sisters Melissa and Jennifer, brother Michael, nieces (Megan, Sarah, Emily and Kate) and nephews (Greg and Jack).

Steven worked at Joseph Schauf Company his entire career.

The longtime resident of Los Gatos enjoyed traveling, cars, collecting and was especially fond of Ronald Reagan.

Steven was loved and will certainly be missed.

June Ann Hill Moser, a resident of Los Gatos, died Dec. 7, 2013. She was 78.

June was born June 5, 1935.

She passed away peacefully with family by her side.

She's survived by her four children, Lynda, Lori, Joe, and Jill; brother Paul; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

June was a gentle soul who loved the Lord, content to be going "home."

Sorry to hear about these neighbors leaving us much too soon. 54 is much too young to leave this world.
