At Main Street Burgers in Los Gatos we believe in two things, using only the freshest of ingredients and supporting growers and farmers in our community.
This is why we go the extra mile to find the best produce available.
To Andy Boy in Salinas for lettuce, to Daylight Produce for locally grown tomatoes and onions, to Niman Ranch in Petaluma for beef and poultry along weekly visits to our own Los Gatos Farmers Market.
Our buns are baked fresh and delivered daily from our neighbors at Le Boulanger.
If fact, even our ice cream is made from scratch each day by the legendary Treat Ice Cream Company of San Jose.
Now, could we ship in products from out of state for less? Maybe, but why would we?
We are blessed here in Los Gatos to be, literally, minutes away from some of the world’s finest produce and baked goods.
The bottom line is we’re all in this together, restaurants, farms, ranches and diners.
The more we support each other, the better we’ll all do.
