My name is Kay Groft III and my writing is going to focus on some light hearted, everyday life issues, with some being a little deeper than others.
Being an athlete all my life, I may throw in some sports analysis from time to time to mix things up, especially with the NFL season starting up in just a few days.
I also want to say that living in the South Bay all my life has been a fantastic experience. I've grown older with the local buildings and streets. I've grown alongside friends that I've kept close to me ever since elementary school.
I can't think of a better neighborhood and a better way of life.
I have become a regular at liquor stores where my brothers and I would stop to pick up Gatorade on the way to play basketball, a hand full of basketball courts, and many restaurants all around the South Bay.
I love it here and no matter where I go in life, this will always remain my home.
