Patch Watch: Toilet Papering on Edelen Ave

Is this an act of vandalism or a joke? Who do you think should clean it up?

Someone toilet-papered or TP'd the trees in front of a home at 117 Edelen Ave. and now one Patch Watcher, who wishes to remain anonymous, is complaining about how long it's taken to clean the debris left behind.

The photos of the "house wrapping" accompanying this post were taken by this frequent reader and contributor to this article who reported the home was the victim of the mischievious act on Sept. 1.

Wrote the Patch Watcher: "Is TP in trees on Edelen Avenue considered accumulation of garbage after three weeks of blowing in the wind?! This is not the first time that the neighbors have had to deal with this, including Vice Mayor Barbara Spector, the direct neighbor. Thanks for posting!"
