Free Baccarossa & Deerfield Winery Tasting

Join Rootstock Wine Bar for the first tasting of the year, with Deerfield and Baccarossa on Wednesday, January 9th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm!  The featured wines will be available for a discounted price during and after the tasting.

From Los Gatos, Baccrossa, meaning red berry, is a micro-winery of only 200 to 300 cases of red wine crafted annually.  Their grapes are sourced from select vineyards in Northern California and made into wine with minimal automation and aged in American and French oak barrels.

Deerfield Ranch Winery, located in Kenwood, Sonoma Valley, is an award winning, certified organic producer.  Specializing in blended wines, Deerfield brings together modern and traditional winemaking techniques.  Renowned for rich complex flavors and a long finish, their wines tend to be fruit forward with gentle tannins and low acid.
