Cooking Class - Thanksgiving Sides & Pies
Sure the turkey is the meal’s centerpiece, but where would we be without some seriously delicious sides and tasty pies? We are offering a class made entirely of Thanksgiving sides and pies. Chef Jonathan Miller will assist you in preparing some traditional dishes and discuss (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options) to make sure everyone’s needs are met.

- Succulent stuffing
- Harvest time wild rice
- Fresh Cranberry Orange relish
- Mashed potatoes (fluffy and warm every time)
- Sweet potatoes roasted with sage butter
- Brussel sprouts with brown onion and bacon
- Pumpkin pie from scratch, made with fresh seasonal pumpkins
Vegetarians are welcome! Both meat and vegetarian dishes will be available to work with.
