Every so often, Starbucks runs a promotion that takes the sting out of shelling out $4 or $5 for a drink.
Here’s the next one: Thursday through Sunday, you can buy one holiday drink and get one free between 2 and 5 p.m. The free beverage, of course, must be of equal or lesser value.
This year's holiday beverages include hot, iced or blended versions of Peppermint Mocha, Skinny Peppermint Mocha, Gingerbread Latte, Eggnong Latte and Caramel Brulée Latte.
There are several Starbucks locations to choose from:
- Los Gatos: 624 Blossom Hill Rd., 442 No. Santa Cruz Ave., 442 N. Santa Cruz Ave. inside Safeway; 14777 Los Gatos Blvd.
- Saratoga: 12960 Saratoga-Sunnyvale Rd. and 14410 Big Basin Way, Unit D; and 18764 Cox Ave.
- Campbell: 1228 Camden Ave., 1820 W Campbell Ave., 330 East Hamilton Ave., 2341 Winchester Blvd., and 1696 S Bascom Ave.
