Los Gatos High School freshman Mallory Smith, 14, was spotted walking down University Avenue in downtown with her "tape person" art project.
The sculpture was made two weeks ago as part of a class designed to teach the students how to make forms.
Mallory used several rolls of tape and plastic wrap to create the art piece.
Two students in the class used Mallory's body as the form for the sculpture.
