The annual Butter Paddle Holiday Open House is a holiday extravaganza takes place at 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, 33 N Santa Cruz Ave. Hundreds of ornaments, gorgeous seasonal decor, gourmet gifts, jewelry with panache and all the trimmings of the holiday season. MUSEUMS OF LOS GATOS HISTORIC HOMES TOUR

The 19th annual Museums of Los Gatos Historic Homes Tour will be at 10 a.m. Nov. 3-4, featuring homes on and off Broadway Avenue in downtown Los Gatos' historic Almond Grove Historic District. Tour five historic homes dating from between 1874 – 1921 which feature unique and harmonious juxtapositions of historic and modern elements. Back by popular demand, two homes included in previous tours show off recent renovations and innovations. Garden tours associated with the homes will also be available. In affiliation with local artists, three locations on the tour will display artwork for sale. Tickets are available online at www.museumsoflosgatos.org or by calling 408-395-7386. Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the event at the Art Museum of Los Gatos.
