Mexican or not, Los Gatans showed that they could have some buen tiempo at several Cinco de Mayo fiestas.
Amigos descended upon several Mexican restaurants, including Andale and Pedro's Restaurant and Cantina, where they enjoyed some delicious comida, musica and, of course, cervezas.
It was also unusually caliente at around 2:30 p.m., with temperatures reaching 90 degrees. The afternoon sultriness made anticipation for the cold margaritas, pinas coladas and Mexican mojitos all the more desirable.
