Candlelight Vigils to Call for an End to Gun Violence Saturday Evening
Across the nation, candlelight vigils will be held at 5 or 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15. In the Bay Area, Loma Playfield and Bachman Park in Los Gatos are among them.
MoveOn has organized candlelight vigils across the nation to make a call to end gun violence following the massacre in Connecticut.
Gatherings begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15 at the following nearby locations:
- Peter Coutts Candlelight vigil , Stanford, 94035
- Saint Judes Church, 20920 McClellan Rd., Cupertino
- Raynor Park, 1565 Quail Ave., Sunnyvale
- Loma Playfield, 23845 Summit Rd., Los Gatos
- Bachman Park in Los Gatos
