Don't miss the workout this morning with the awesome Brad Armstrong and if you can't attend, try some public swimming at Los Gatos High School's pool.

1. Register today for The Jungle Run half marathon or 10K at 7 a.m., Sunday, July 10, at New York Avenue next to the track. Both distances finish at the track. The course extends north through the streets of town onto the scenic Los Gatos Creek Trail at the Los Gatos Creek County Park in Campbell. The race is presented by Firstwave Events. 2. Join Los Gatos resident Brad Armstrong, co-owner of the Willow Glen Athletic Performance store, for a free hilly trail run at 6:30 a.m. every Friday. The group meets at the Athletic Club next to rain, hail or shine. Not for beginners. Questions: 408-354-7365 or 408-297-0100.
