Tuesday, Sept. 20

9:30 a.m., East Main Street: An investigation into a possible incident of identity theft revealed the action in question to be merely a clerical error.

11:16 a.m., 225 Wedgewood Ave: A report was made regarding an incident of identity theft.

3:01 p.m., Blossom Hill Road and Leigh Avenue: A stolen vehicle was returned to the owner after recovery.

10:40 p.m., 17429 Pleasant View Ave: A report was made online regarding an incident of grand theft.

11:48 p.m., 15333 Via Del Sur: An incident of residential burglary was reported online.

Wednesday, Sept. 21

9:05 a.m., 283 Garden Hill Dr: Property was reported stolen from a vehicle in an incident of auto burglary.

11:04 a.m., 14600 Winchester Blvd: A bag of personal items was reported stolen from a vehicle.

3:32 p.m., 207 Los Gatos Blvd: entered a residence without permission, ate food, and slept in the master bedroom. He was arrested in the house and found to be in possession of multiple syringes and with $60,000 of outstanding arrest warrants.

1:59 a.m., Farley Road and Los Gatos Boulevard: David Patrick Wild was cited for displaying a false registration tab in his vehicle and for having expired registration.

4:11 a.m., 192 Los Gatos-Saratoga Rd: Christian David Newmark was arrested for a warrant and for being in possession of Clonazepam without a prescription.

10:52 a.m., 330 Belgatos Ln: Tanner Jarrett Huston was arrested for a warrant.

2:01 p.m., 15830 San Benito Wy: A report was taken involving a woman who was the victim of identity theft.

2:30 p.m., 108 N Santa Cruz Ave: In an incident of commercial burglary, a woman was confronted after having stolen clothing. She gave back one of the stolen items, then fled the scene in her vehicle. The suspect is still at large.

2:53 p.m., 48 Ashler Ave: A bike was stolen by an unknown suspect in an incident of grand theft.

4:11 p.m., 109 Bacigalupi Dr: In an incident of identity theft, a victim's identity was used to wire money.

3:53 p.m., 15879 Los Gatos Blvd: An ATM card was taken and used in an incident of fraud to access the victim's bank account.

6:08 p.m., 155 College Ave: Philip Archambeault was arrested for an outstanding traffic warrant and for giving threats.

8:23 p.m., 31 University Ave: A report was taken regarding an incident of petty theft.

Friday, Sept. 23

12:42 p.m., 26 E Main St: In the third incident in two months involving the same dogs, the canines were running at large downtown. They were confined by police and released to a guardian.

1:30 p.m., 15900 Los Gatos Blvd: A firearm was surrendered to police for destruction.

4:30 p.m., 14675 Winchester Blvd: An incident of auto burglary was reported.

Saturday, Sept. 24

3:48 a.m., Bacigalupi Drive and Belwood Gateway: A missing juvenile was found.

2:09 p.m., 110 E Main St: The owner of a firearm surrendered it to police for safekeeping.

3:46 p.m., 50 Los Gatos-Saratoga Rd: A bicycle was found, determined to be stolen, and returned to its owner.

9:13 p.m., 316 N Santa Cruz Ave: A wallet was stolen by an unknown suspect in an incident of petty theft.

Sunday, Sept. 25

Midnight, Los Gatos Boulevard and Blossom Hill Road: Harold Schmidt was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Monday, Sept. 26

Midnight, Winchester Boulevard and Southbound 85: An unknown object was thrown at a victim's vehicle.

7:49 a.m., 909 University Ave: A parked vehicle's window was shattered and a laptop stolen from inside in an incident of auto burglary.

8:57 a.m., 19195 Fisher Ave: A wall at Fisher Middle School was defaced in an act of vandalism. Police have no suspects.

11:38 a.m., 5860 Poppy Ln: In an incident of fraud, a victim was called by an unknown suspect and asked for money. The money was sent before it was figured out to be a scam.

2:32 p.m., 16400 Blossom Hill Rd: A purse was stolen from inside the trunk of a parked vehicle at an elementary school.
