Noelle Austin and Los Gatos Chevrolet owe the government close to $1 million in unpaid taxes, the California Board of Equalization says.

Two Los Gatos entities have ended up on the naughty list issued quarterly by the California Board of Equalization owing the government close to $1 million combined in delinquent use and sales taxes.

They are:

  • Noelle Austin, 205 Forrester Rd., first lien issued July 8, 2004, owes $491,415.77
  • Los Gatos Chevrolet, LLC, 15600 Los Gatos Blvd., first lien issued June 11, 2009, owes $454,221.14

The agency is required by law to post the information every quarter, removing amounts that are being addressed through payment arrangement, bankruptcy, litigation, or appeal.
