Los Gatos Couple Makes The News on Austin American-Statesmen Newspaper

Los Gatos couple Jennifer Croll and Peter Kleis were featured on the Austin American-Statesmen newspaper Sunday after they were spotted attending the 2013 Formula One Grand Prix event this past weekend.

Croll and Kleis were seen strolling down South Congress Avenue in Austin Saturday afternoon and then "partying" at the White Horse in East Austin, the newspaper reported.

Croll, who owns the Little Black Dress shop at 34 No. Santa Cruz Ave. and is a frequent contributor on Los Gatos Patch, said the event ended Sunday with the Lotus FI team coming in second place.

Croll said the couple flew in Friday and that Kleis has seen all of the races over the years but this year he's been to Singapore, Melbourne, Abu Dhabi, and now Austin.

One of Kleis' business partners owns a big percentage of the Lotus team, Croll said.

"Formula One races are super fun and exciting ... lots of intricate engineering that goes behind this sport ... not to mention the rush of the speed and strategy," Croll said of the sport.
