Residents can report online abandoned vehicles, victims of a crime, graffiti and request vacation checks. The department's Web site contains valuable crime statistics for both communities as well as sex offender and crime alerts information.</p> <p>The department's services include senior wellness checks, school resource officers, neighborhood watch programs, police foundation, emergency preparedness, animal care, special events permits, youth resources and business emergency contact forms.</p> <p>The department also runs the Los Gatos Prepared, CERT Emergency Management and Fire Safety programs. The department is also responsible for the town's parking permit program, parking maps, parking citations and traffic calming measures. It's located in the Town of Los Gatos municipal complex at 110 E. Main St. The department's Operations Center, located at 15900 Los Gatos Blvd., houses the patrol division. </p>
