<p>With about 400 members, most of them small businesses, the chamber looks to help them market to a mass audience with its website and programs.</p>
<p>By partnering with the Visitors Bureau, a partnership with the Town of Los Gatos, the chamber has created several programs, such as the annual carriage ride, which boasts more than 2,000 riders per season.</p>
