There were several other good guesses. This was a difficult one. There are so many places where you can see ivy like this.
I almost didn't see it myself. There is an old stone grotto with a spring at the bottom of it, almost covered with ivy.
The second picture shows the new Pageant Park, with the Civic Center on the left, the new Library in the background and notice the two picnic tables off to the right. Next picture shows these two tables with the background hidden in dark shade. The next picture shows some stepping stones that lead to the grotto.
