Splendid Feast is a catering company founded in 1986. Owner and chef Patrice Ventresca specializes in California cuisine. She and her staff are able to prepare meals for any size gathering such as a wedding, corporate meeting or private party. Menu items include breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert options. Due to the popularity of its dishes, Splendid Feast even launched its own line of gourmet entrees named 'Via Ventresca' which are available in grocery stores state-wide.
