Santa Clara County Parks and Recreation
The Santa Clara County Parks and Recreation Department has been in operation for more than 50 years. It operates 28 regional parks encompassing nearly 45,000 acres of land. Vasona Lake Park, located in Los Gatos, is one of them. The department is served by more than 1,400 volunteers who donate more than 30,000 hours of labor annually. The department offers recreational services.
