Los Gatos Community Foundation Beautification Committee turns corner of North Santa Cruz Avenue and Highway 9 into lovely garden.
On Saturday morning, May 19, members of the Beautification Committee met on the corner of North Santa Cruz Avenue and Highway 9, in front of , and turned a barren slab of tarmac into a beautiful oasis.
Los Gatos Parks Commissioner Barbara Holden created the design plan, gathered the resources and recruited an enthusiastic team to achieve her vision of a drought tolerant garden at this busy intersection.
