Following the San Francisco Giants' 2-0 victory against the Detroit Tigers in the third game of the World Series, San Francisco city officials are planning to broadcast Game Four live in Civic Center Plaza on Sunday.
A jumbotron screen will broadcast the game, which could potentially clinch the series for the Giants, in front of City Hall, Mayor Ed Lee announced today.
"The San Francisco Giants' outstanding performance in the World Series has electrified and unified the entire city," Lee said. "The game that could clinch the series may be in Detroit, but we're creating an opportunity right in front of City Hall for families to gather and cheer the Giants to another World Championship."
