Laurel Mews Neighborhood In Los Gatos Earns Design & Planning Award

The Laurel Mews neighborhood in Los Gatos so impressed judges for the 2014 Gold Nugget Awards, they named Robson Homes as an Award of Merit winner at its annual competition honoring architectural design and planning excellence.

Robson Homes of San Jose earned its Merit honors for the Residential Project of the Year–Detached category.

Chosen from the elite pool of Merit Award winners, Grand Awards will be announced on June 26 as a feature highlight of PCBC®, the nation’s largest regional conference and trade show for the real estate development field.

Laurel Mews transformed a former Honda dealership into a development with cottage homes that harken back to the original character of the neighborhood. Inspired by English cobblestone mews, Laurel Mews homes offer both modern and classic features such as spacious floor plans with open kitchens and brick porches overlooking tree-‐lined streets.
