What to Expect from Tonight's School Board Meeting

Los Gatos Union School District trustees meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday in closed session for retreat; regular open public meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.

The  Board of Education meets for a closed session at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17 at the home of a trustee located at 16428 Peacock Lane, in Los Gatos.

The 4 p.m. meeting is a board retreat and not a board workshop. After approving the agenda and allowing time for public comment, trustees have planned a closed session, 4:05-7:30 p.m. to discuss negotiations with the Los Gatos Elementary Teachers Association and the Los Gatos Union Classified Employees Association.

Members of the public are always welcome at LGUSD Board of Education meetings, except at closed sessions.
