Key to Awesomeness: According to proud dad James Chadwick, Isabel has the courage of her convictions.

In her first year of high school, she began volunteering for Safe Rides, the program housed at The Venue that provides free, safe, and confidential transportation for teens every Friday and Saturday night during the school year.

Isabel has spent hundreds of hours and sacrificed innumerable weekend nights throughout her four years of high school helping ensure that teens don't put their lives at risk by driving when they shouldn't, dad said.

But that's not all. According to dad,

Isabel, however, is probably better known among her friends "for her loyalty, her openness, and her wicked sense of humor. She's witty and ironic, while still being humane. Overall, she's a force to be reckoned with," dad wrote in an email interview.
