Happy New Year! I imagine that alot of you had a great times during Christmas and New Years holidays. I also imagine that alot of you went through great stress. With seeing family and friends we often start to consider more closely what is meaningful in our lives as well as to consider what we would like to be different in our life for the upcoming year.

I personally have been through alot over the holidays, but I know that my friend Scott Catamas has been through a major transformation in his life in the past few months with the passing of his beloved wife. He has come out of his transformation in a beautiful way with lots of energy, love and light and he is willing to share this love and light with all of us to ease our own transitions into greater light, intimacy, self love and awareness as a new way of being for 2012.

So I invite you join us this Saturday evening for a night of going deeper into ourselves to create greater, health, prosperity, peace and harmony and greater love and intimacy with fulfilling relationships. We will also be going within and seeing what you would like to transform in your life....what would you like to create better. From that space letting go of what is holding you back from love and becoming your highest potential. We will go through a beautiful transition in seeing what is meaningful for you and seeing what you would like to manifest in 2012. Afterward Scott will lead us in a beautiful transformational Puja that will give us clarity so that we can set clear intentions for 2012.

Scott and Kika will give all participants a "ONENESS BLESSING", which is a powerful way to drop into higher consciousness. All participants will receive a COMPASSIONATE COMMUNICATION packet full of worksheets and essential things to know, in order to learn & practice these effective tools of transformation.

There will be a powerful exercise to have clarity to set your intentions in the new year.

We will do a practice to look at ways of being our friends and family with deep compassion for them. To really feel and have the compassion that transform us so we really relate to them and everyone else in our lives with love, harmony and ease.

Then it's time for TANTRA & SACRED SEXUALITY! Discover how to awaken and transform your sexual energy into spiritual energy, transforming sex into a sacred ritual. Your sexual energy is your life force energy. Receive practical tools to channel your sexual energy and revitalize all aspects of yourself. Explore compassionate communication skills to increase ease and depth of connection. There will also be some dance and movement.

Tuesday night Tantra is no longer happening due to facility changes. We are wanting to create a new Thursday night event and are in need a new facility as the Yoga Center already has events on Thursdays. If you have an idea on a facility we can start using on Thursday nights from 7-10 pm for about 20-30 people where making noise would be fine, please email us at: Mystickika@aol.com

ARRIVAL:
Please Arrive AT LEAST 20 MINUTES before the event starts for registration and to say hello and to allow time for parking. Please honor the group by arriving on time. SCENT FREE ENVIRONMENT:
No perfumes, men's colognes or essential oils, or nothing with strong smells please!

WHAT TO BRING:
Bring your water bottle with your name on it (if you don’t have one we will provide you one).

PLEASE leave your cell phones turned off!

WHAT TO WEAR:
Dress comfortably in layers. Nights can get cold and the room can get really warm!
Please wear something that is comfortable for breathing and movement. You can wear flowing street clothes or silks that feel sensual, yet not too revealing.
