This program helps expectant couples understand and plan for the big event. Classes cover the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy, how the mother’s partner can assist in childbirth, relaxation and breathing techniques, what happens during labor and delivery (including cesarean section birth), and recovery. The program includes a tour of the family birthing center. Each class series contains the same information. We suggest you plan to complete the program about four weeks before delivery date.
