What to Expect From Tonight's Planning Commission Meeting

A project proposed for 90-160 Albright Way and 14600 Winchester Blvd., that could have a maximum of 550,000 square feet of office space, up to 516 multi-family units and up to 600 senior units, will be considered.

The will meet Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St., to consider the following topics:

  • Request to increase the number of wireless antennae for AT&T at a property located at 140 W. Main St., in the commercial business district. The property owners are Paul J. and Linda E. Dorsa Family Trust. The applicant is Ian Crawford on behalf of AT&T.  
  • Request to expand 20 S. Santa Cruz Ave., into a space previously occupied by Cold Stone Creamery. The property owner is Portfolio Management Co. and the applicant is Ed Rathmann.
  • Request to increase the allowed membership for , 14595 Clearview Dr. The property owner is Maxine Nevine and the applicant is La Rinconada Country Club. 
  • Request modification to an existing development at 90-160 Albright Way and 14600 Winchester Blvd. to allow a mix of land uses. The project may consist of office alone or a mix of office and multi-family/senior residential uses. The project could a maximum of 550,000 square feet of office space or a combination of less office space with residential uses. Residential uses could include a maximum of 516 multi-family units and a maximum of 600 senior units. The property owner is Mike White, H&S Inc., and the applicant is John R. Shenk.
