- Applicant Shlemmer Algaze Associates and property owner Street Retail Inc., LLC. are seeking a conditional-use permit to operate a private school in an upper floor tenant space on property zoned Central Business District Commercial Zone LHP:PD located at 50 University Ave., suite 300.
