What to Expect From Tonight's Planning Commission Meeting
The Oak Meadow Park Master Plan and a private school coming to 50 University Ave. are on the agenda.
The will meet at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 12 at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St., to consider the following topics.
- Sub-committee reports
- Applicant Kim Peter and property owner James Rees are seeking a conditional-use permit to modify an existing telecommunications facility on property zoned for offices located at 16615 Lark Ave.
- The Los Gatos Parks and Public Works Department is seeking a conditional-use permit to proceed with the Oak Meadow Park Master Plan to permit existing uses on property zoned resource conservation located on Blossom Hill Road. The town owns the land.
- Applicant Shlemmer Algaze Associates and property owner Street Retail Inc., LLC. are seeking a conditional-use permit to operate a private school in an upper floor tenant space on property zoned Central Business District Commercial Zone LHP:PD located at 50 University Ave., suite 300.
