What to Expect From Tonight's Planning Commission Meeting
Appellant concerned that construction of storage structure will obstruct his view of the mountains from his Shannon Valley Ranch property.
The Los Gatos Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 9 at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St., to consider:
- An appeal of a decision of the Los Gatos Development Review Committee approving the modification of an approved architecture and site application to construct an accessory structure greater than 600 square feet on property located at 283 Shannon Oaks Lane and zoned hillside residential, five acres per dwelling unit or HR-5:PD. The property owners/applicants are Joel and Mitchie Heimlich. The appelant is Mike Ajlouny.
