What to Expect From Tonight's Planning Commission Meeting
The owners of The Boulevard Tavern want to legalize their nonconforming bar; Commission will also elect its leadership.
The will meet Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St., to consider several topics.
- Kim MIdtokke, with , is requesting approval to construct a second story on a single-family residence on property zoned R-1:8, meaning one home in an 8,000-square-foot lot, at 16828 Kennedy Rd.
- Robert Herzig is requesting approval to construct a new single-family residence on a vacant lot zoned R-1:20, meaning one home in a 20,000-square-foot property located at 15220 Oak Ridge Way.
- Robert and Georgianna Spinazze are requesting approval to legalize the nonconforming bar at 15043 Los Gatos Blvd.
- Election of Commission chair and vice chair.
