The Los Gatos Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 26 at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St., to consider the following topics.
On the consent agenda, which allows planners to approve items without public comment, unless an issue is pulled from the agenda:
- Property owner Ron Martino and applicant Marcie Ryken are seeking a conditional-use permit for 630 University Ave. to operate a dance/pilates studio with alternating use of parking on property zoned LM, or commercial industrial zone.
On the public portion of the agenda, which allows residents to speak to planners for three minutes, are:
- Property owners Stephen and Anne Milligan and applicant Tom Sloan, with Metro Design Group, are seeking an architecture and site application for 268 Jared Lane to construct a single-family residence and pool on property zoned hillside residential, or one to five acres for each dwelling unit.
- Hallway Partners LLC is seeking a zoning code amendment for uses permitted in the the town's central business district commercial zone.
- Adoption of a Sustainability Plan to serve as the town’s Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Plan and satisfy a provision of the 2020 General Plan.
