Vet Hospital, Restaurant, Bank, Clothing Store on Los Gatos Planner's Agenda

The Los Gatos Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m., Wednesday, June 26 at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St., to consider the following items:

• Property owner D.R. Horton Bay, Inc. and applicant CHL Ventures, LP. request a conditional-use permit for a veterinary hospital, Adobe Animal Hospital, at 15965 Los Gatos Boulevard, suite 100. The property is zoned highway commercial planned development, or CH:PD.
• Property owner D.R. Horton Bay, Inc. and applicant CHL Ventures, LP. request a conditional-use permit for a restaurant (Philz Coffee),  681 Blossom Hill Road, suite 102, with outdoor seating on property zoned highway commercial planned development, or CH:PD.
• Property owner D.R. Horton Bay, Inc. and applicant CHL Ventures, LP. request a conditional-use permit for a Chase bank with an outdoor ATM at 663 Blossom Hill Rd. on property zoned highway commercial planned development, or CH:PD.
• La Rinconada Country Club/Stan Prolo requesting approval to install a safety barrier net for the golf course, 14595 Clearview Drive. on property zoned resource conservation.
• Sri Oldtown, LLC and Chico's FAS request approval to relocate a non-conforming formula retail apparel store (Chico's), 50 University Ave., within the Old Town shopping center to another commercial space that was previously occupied by Borders.
