Spring Forward! Daylight Saving Starts Sunday

If you live in the U.S.—except Hawaii or most of Arizona—set your clocks forward one hour at 2 a.m., March 11.

The time change is a great opportunity to change your smoke detector and emergency flashlight batteries, and to update emergency supplies.

According to TimeAndDate.com, Daylight Saving Time is a way of getting more light out of the day by advancing clocks one hour during the summer.
